All U.K. orders are sent by Royal Mail, first class signed for. Delivery time within UK is 2-3 days
International packages will be sent by Royal Mail, first class tracked. E.U is 3-5 working days, and 3-7 business days internationally.
Make sure you are certain about your orders as there are no refunds or exchanges on all our products due to the sanitary nature of our product. In the unlikely event you receive a damaged item, we will gladly replace it if its unused. Exchange requests for damage items must be made within 14 days from the receipt of your order.
